For the haul off process of large cables, OMEYA Technology offers the Floor Type Pay-off Machine. The procedure of spool load/unload, fix/unfix are fully motorized by driven motors. The front stand can be moved aside from the center line when the operators work the pay off process for dual spool. Furthermore, by accurate arrangements and designs, the machine can run as take-up with a traversing devise. We design the control system with PLC + HMI for the setting of traverse pitch and speed detection so that the whole system work with the line speed in synchronization.
